ok so over the weekend i've been working on my 93 fs blazer - fixing the ac switch aswell as a flush and recharge of the freon,change oil, fix door look, changed old sept belt and put in hole pioneer system in and after getting all that done at like 11pm last nite i was driving up a wet hill on my street and i mashed the gas to the floor to see if i could get the tires to break loose and the battery light poped on and the metter doesnt show that it is charging that well and this morning when i cranked her up she ideled high for awhile- what did i do and how dow i fix it?

Check your wiring, what circuit you wired into, etc. If you don't find anything start looking at the wiring close to where you were physically working. You've got power bleeding off one wire to another somewhere probably. Either in fixing you made a mistake in wiring or pulled, crossed, broke, cut, or shorted other wiring.
