This forum hasn't seen much use so I thought I'd try to get it going with a thread that will keep going and going. Like the title says though, what did you do to your rig today? Finish something, build progress, anything? I want to see desert stuff :eek1:

I built a bumper. I wanted a desert styled bumper since my truck keeps becoming more and more go-fast oriented than it is slow paced rock crawling. and I can't mount a winch on it so I thought this would be a good place for it :D

i pulled the engine outa my blazer to change it aorund and put it in my sandrail/prerunner im building.

I store it there.

Nice. I am going to start using that one.

NO it's not broken I just remove all of the skins, belly pan, shocks and driveshafts as my normal storage routine.:wink1:

I rewired my electric fans for the fourth time last night. Hopefully I wasn't an idiot again and mess something up. At least I have found new ways to mess things up and not repeat the same stupid thing over and over.

mine is a little different, im using a powerglide trans coupled to a irs nine inch rear end.

the pics do not give you an idea of scale either, the front tires and rear paddles measure 38" tall.

ill post more when i can figure out the links thing. i have em hosted on another site but i am having troubles getting them to link.

I haven't done much lately... the most exciting thing I've done was weld up my rear end.

Although it's not hardcore tech I'm glad to finally have a trans temp gauge installed so I can keep an eye on my 700r4...

Last weekend I went and snagged some Ford 57's and started cleaning them up. I have some goodies on the way from Kert @ DIY4X so in a couple weeks I should be ready to rebuild the rear of the k10...
