What did you spend in Moab for BB 2022?

Like Capt. Ron said I would have spent more but instead it went into Colorado's economy and I hauled it in. Usually I hit some restaurants and buy other supplies while I am in town. This year I had one milkshake.

We were there for 5 days. Family of 6. Only ate out twice and kept that under $120. Everything else was brought in. Like the common sentiment I would have done our grocery shopping there or ate out more. Hotel and all we kept our spending under $1000 for the 5 days for a family of 6. I think you all know I could have easily spent twice that.

Wow, it looks like the group brought in around $30k worth of revenue for the county over a long weekend, I would think that's a noticeable amount. That's still a ton of money when you consider that many participants intentionally brought in most of their supplies in from outside the county (in protest of the way the group is being treated).

It should also be noted by the city / county that I haven't read of any negative incidents related to our participants.

If we use an average for the number of people who responded, used that average for the total number of trucks who attended the event, we are over $50k.

Probably pretty accurate and as many have said it would have been more if some people (me) didn't purposely limit spending in Moab!

I spent $1500 on the room rental, aka Airbnb, alone. About $300 in fuel and food.

I didn't go this year so no vote. I just want to add that if I did make it I would have spent as little as possible in their county due to their behavior. If I could go to the county meetings to voice it to their face I would. It's all a f'n sham.
