What are you running for the dipstick tube on 4L80E swaps on squarebodies? Just put one in my '86 K5, and the tube from the '95 Suburban I pulled the trans from was interfering with the firewall. I made it work by chopping it up, and replacing the cut section with heater hose, but it's a real pain to get the dipstick down it now.

Hoping there's a cheaper solution than Lokar for this, and I don't think a firewall mount is going to work well in our trucks anyways...

If you can find a 1991 3/4 ton burb in the yard it should have the 4l80 factory. Or a 91 R/V 3500...

IF being the key word here :haha:. I've been hunting a 32 spline 6 bolt NP205 for a while too... Doesn't help that I live 50 miles away from the yards, not exactly the kind of thing where I want to drive 100 miles on the hope that I MIGHT find an uncommon part, lol.

I haven't modified the sheet metal in mine at all, and wasn't planning on doing so unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

At this point, I can't even find a part number for the factory one to look on eBay or cross reference something else.
