Your front fenders have have been raised tward the front bumper. The turn signal on the fender has been deleted. Looks like they did a good job, but I don’t know how legal that is where you reside.
in this pic; your plates that attach the outer connections of the steering stabilizers; loosen and rotate the ubolts where they are pointing straight up. that way your stabilizers will be parallel with the tie rod and the bushings won't be in a bind. the stabilizers should work better being parallel also
Been gone a couple weeks haven’t been able to work on jimmy at all. But yea it does look good, thanks haha. Been looking into a 2wd steering box and crossover steering, and have done the cherokee steering shaft swap in the past and will do again, but first priority is to get heater hooked up and vents behind dash put in. Pulled some from a square suburban in the junkyard. And to also get the matching 4.88 gears put in the front axles so I can use 4wd. Found the np241 was low so I drained and topped off. Then found out why it’s low. Has multiple leak points. Interior is ok. Somebody redid the dash but it’s incomplete. Lots of incomplete work, missing screws, done light etc. PO made new side panel for rear which look pretty good but are not attached either. I just put in some original style 3point front seatbelts as those were gone. RPO codes are legible but with the swapped axles and the turbo 350 trans now not much original remains. PO also took off console shifter and put B&M floor shifter in which im not crazy about. No rust found so far but will be redoing the entire interior eventually. I really appreciate all the input here it’s great. I’ll snap a few pics of interior and post them upFirst and foremost- it looks good. Isn't that all that really matters?
Fully agree with what's been said here. Just reiterating what I see as a priority:
Make sure you have no frame cracks under your steering box. ORD (Off Road Design), a great company, has a weld-on repair kit as well as a triangulated frame brace that you'll probably want to install. Consider a 2WD reman steering box from a reputable company like RedHead (I went with them and love it) in order to do a crossover steering swap. That will fix some steering geometry issues presented by the lifted suspension. You can also ditch that factory steering shaft and replace it with one off a Jeep XJ, it should slip right on. This replaces the inherent slop of a rag joint with a sturdier u joint.
Make sure your brakes are in good working order. Seems like the PO did that right, giving enough soft line for suspension travel.
What's the interior looking like? Is the RPO sticker still in the glovebox and legible?
Is it a full floater ? How many lug bolt wheels did you buy 6 or 8 lugs ? might be a semi float 6 lug.
The red and silver tag on t case will tell what it is.
