take a fullsize pickup chop out the center of the frame cection put it back together with a coil suspension and 40 boggers

Ive seen it done to the old 6x6 cabs with a little flat bed and I like it.

A buddy of mine took a long bed, choped the frame 18 inches in the middle and welded it back up. All for the 3/4T drive train. Sas it tracks straight and can be.

We did that once to replace a frame on a shortbed. It worked out real well.
