Hey guys I am replacing my tailgate on the blazer, and the latches that hold the tailgate up (not the ones that are connected to the rods thru tailgate handle). are busted as well... it is the pins that is equivelent to striker bolts on the front doors. any ideas what is called?

They're called tailgate stikers, LMC part #'s 38-6660 and 38-6661 for the left and right side. They're 22.95ea, so you might try to find a used pair first. If you want to you can order them online from www.lmctruck.com
