What do you guys think of this

I'm looking to buy a 14 bolt rear-end for my K5. I came across this one, and this is what the guy has to say about it, "Early 80s 14-bolt full float with 3.73 rear gears for a 3/4 ton truck. The yoke is damaged where one U-joint bolt screws in. I've been thinking about replacing the yoke and using this rear end in my Suburban, but I prefer a lower gear. $100" How difficult/expensive is it to replace a yoke? Or is this something I should stay away from?

you ought to be able to find a 14FF UNDAMAGED with 4.10's in it for $100
