What do you have to do for bb14?

I have to pack up, load the S-10 on the trailer and drive to Moab! My sh*t is ready!
I leave in 5 days (approx 124.5 hours)!

Well from me starting thread with a sas to getting a square body just some button up stuff should be ready.

Popped an upper ball joint on the D-max yesterday. Apparently if it don't want to take grease ,don't force it.:doah: Looks like its back to the alignment shop tomorrow.

Oil change, lube, minor mod to t case crossmember. Trying to get a radio in the truck too. Too far to drive without tunes.

Made new hydro assist lines. Reinstalled hydro assist lines and ram. Bled the system. Works great.

Made new battery positive line battery feed line. Encased it in heater hose and rerouted it. New addel clamps holding it in place.

Went through front hubs and replaced front pads.

Cut the old cheapo compressor off of the on board air tank. Added my Viair compressor to the system so I can now air up my tires. Removed the Nitrogen tank.

Went through the tool bags and parts bags to organize.

Still need to find a place for the spare front axle shafts and front drive shaft. Need to fix the CB and add the 3rd seat for the passenger.

I leave in 7 days. No big deal.

Pack up the Malibu and head on in. Wade, if you need any help when I arrive I'm all yours. Glad to see the hydro assist went on.

CB works, fuse.

Dome lights work, all of the bulbs were blown.

Spare front axles are mounted. Just need to figure out where to put the spare front drive shaft.

get Burb back from paint tomorrow, then mount air bags, then set up Weight Dist. hitch, then load 2 10 bolts, then load everything else.

Finish packing and head out. I should be leaving here in about 4.5 hours.

We're staying the night at a friends in Snowflake so we'll be in Moab sometime tomorrow morning.

Jealous. Maybe next year. Heading to Canada to fish for 10 days in a week. Might have to rearrange my schedule next year to make it to this. We go every year in September, have been for 20 or 21 years. Next year we are going in June and September. May skip the September trip to make it out. It's 13 hours either way.

Have fun and I hope there's lots of pics and videos.

Installed the JB Fab twin stick I won last year, :D I couldn't show my face this year if it wasn't on.

Then the Yukon locking hubs showed up :woot:.............DAMN........ first time in five years I haven't heard the clackity clackity clack of that front shaft. :haha: even steers nicer without the locker fighting me all the time.
