I want some good Rock/hip hop/rap to listen to when I'm driving (like Sammie Hagar's "I can't drive 55" or "sweet home alabama" and Danidy cane's "show stoppers") What are some good songs?

Thanks in advance!

What do I listen to when I drive my Blazer?

Road noise. Tire noise. The exhaust leak. Wind noise through the soft top and windows.

Hearing music over all that? Unlikely.

Mostly all I can hear is the 6.2 crackling and everything inside buzzing from the diesel vibes...:screwy:

But if I do crank up the CD player,I like either old country or bluegrass,or truck driving songs...Rhonda Vincent's "Ridin' That Redline" is a good one to listen too...I have trouble keeping my speed under the limit when a song like that is playing...my truck rides so rough the CD player skips like crazy though,so I get annoyed with it and shut it off ,or suffer with the crap songs they play on the radio..I use the radio for traffic reports and weather info more than anything else ..

the whole truck its self .

factory radio delete plate and no speakers or wiring in the cab . :thumb:

working in a shop for years with radio on all day I have the songs I need all in my head .

TECH IN THE LOUNGE!!!

No, wait...

LOUNGE IN THE TECH!!!

:D

Seriously, though? The Sword. They have 4 albums, pick one, or all, rock out.

Most appropriate song for my truck would probably be
"Slow Ride" by Foghat!!

I listen to so much variety its all day by day. Classic country today, hip hop tomorrow, classic rock the next day, talk radio the next, alternative the next.

right now, loud exhaust and tires.
IF the radio was hooked up and I could hear it over the above, metal.

Mainly country with some really and I mean REALLY crappy speakers. Being that I have interior LIne X'd truck gonna sound like a tin can anyways, so why invest in good sound equipment, lol.

30 gigs worth of music from my smart phone via blue tooth streaming to my Kenwood deck played over Rockford Fosgate 6x9s, 3 1/2s, and 2 12" subs.

The usual playlist contains anything from classic rock/metal to the most recent nu-metal/grunge/pop/alternative.

Seeing as how much clutch doesnt fully disengage at the moment Gear Jammer by george thorogood would be most appropriate...

the current CD in Mutt...

Ministry - Jesus Built My Hotrod
DJ Champion - No Heaven
Black Sabbath - Into the Void
Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down
White Zombie - Black Sunshine
Sheryl Crow - Redemption Day
L7 - War With You

The imminent sounds of external combustion and tire tread lugs whizzing by my head. Can't wait to be rid of these 35's and back to stock height.
