What do you need for an engine swap? Suggestions...Help?

I am swapping a 260 mercuriser engine out of my boat with my tired 350 in a 73 K5. Can anyone offer suggestions on what I might need partswise for the swap. Examples: New engine mounts, tranny mounts, fluids, etc. Most of the k5's current engine has top end bolt ons...(exhaust/headers/distributor/etc) so i believe I will only have to swap parts and reinstall. Just curious if I need new gaskets or other parts for a smooth instal. Thanks in advance.

New filters, plugs, wires, oil, coolant, intake gaskets if you're swapping intakes.

If you have any desire to swap cams, change the cam and timing set while the engine is on the stand.
