What do you say when someone calls your blazer a bronco?

hmm, never had it called a bronco, but a lady called it a J**p one day, I politely corrected her. now there's a guy here at work that calls it a mini-van, but he does that in fun /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif.
 
having your blazer called a rig is almost as bad I mean does my blazer have cab lights or pull a reefer trailer f**k no.

I just give them the "are you the dumbest person on this planet?" look. And ask them "Do I look like f***ing O.J.?" And if they are someone I am around alot, I just tell them to get it right and never do that again. If I dont know em, I Just walk off. Yeah it royally pisses me off, especially since I have a 3 foot vinyl decal of a bowtie on the back window. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Over the years, I have noticed that the guys who do not know much about how wrench on their own trucks, are always the ones that swear by how great Fords are, and the guys that that really know how to make their truck purr and shine down to the last detail are GM owners.

If your Blazer is a, "Truck" in your mind it is also a, "Rig".

As to calling it a Bronco, I've never had that problem, nor has anyone ever mistaked my K10 for anything but a Chevy pickup with big tires. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
I talked to this guy as school and i asked him how his truck was doing. We were talking and someone butted in and asked what truck he had. He said he had a bronco. I flipped! /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif I knew he had a Blazer. i nearly hit him. i kinda got mad at him and he finally remembered..."oh wait..yea... i think i have a blazer"
 
I usually tell them, do you ever see me on the side of the road?? ,NO! Its not a Ford!!

My roommate does this just to piss me off.
 
only people who call it a bronco are chicks.... and, i don't really care what they call it because i know they don't really know anything about trucks, and are just guessing at what it is.

i think the reason most people relate to bronco's is the fact that broncos were made until like '96. AND, GM's real stupid decision to make a mini version of the blazer, and give it the same name. /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif
 
i just kick them in the nuts.. no j/k. Actually I have a friend that called it a bronco all the time. I usually yelled at him but it didnt do any good. So one day a few people and I made a plan to go someone and rught before we left I told him he couldnt go because he always called it a bronco. Then I took off leaving him standing on the side of the road. I cam back around and said hey you can come but you cant ever call it a bronco again. He now calls it Big Blaze.
