Perfect color for a square body.
If you want to 80s it up a little more, you need a brown stripe running diagonally down the side. I could see purple working, too.

i appreciate it. hopefully it will be all painted and put back together by the end of the week. i will post finished pics as soon as i get it back.
If I could, I would paint every vehicle I own yellow. Have done 3 in the past.

well theres about a thousand different yellows out there apparently (i found this out when i went to the paint shop) and you cant tell much by the little patch they have for you to look at but i finally settled on this one. Its "Viper Race Yellow"
Mine was a 1980's Lamborghini yellow. Finding one that is not green or orange is tough. Is yours a solid or metallic.

its a solid. Im debating on putting black racing stripes on the hood or just leaving it alone. Cant decide
Leave it alone. Unless your trying a retro 80's thing.

i probably will leave it alone. Might do a black pinstripe down the side though
as a body guy, the standard term back in the day for a pretty bright yellow, was always corvette yellow... just a phrase really.. it's a relatively bright yellow, but not the most.. and not as bright as that... 
it looks real good... I tend to prefer oranges, but yellows good too...
and you'd be surprised at what color tints are in that paint formula probably..
I always laugh when my customers think all boats are just the same white....
