I've been looking at this truck and wanted to see what your thoughts are before I call on it. I'm registering it in a non-emissions county so I don't care that it won't pass. Seems like it's got lots of good stuff done. Let me know what you think. Is it worth it?

Looks like a very nice truck.

First thing would be to remove the extra shocks up front. That would help the ride.

But I do like the truck.

Got the link to work on my computer. That truck is sweet. Looks like it was built nice. I like it a lot.

Looks like a really nice truck. It seems like a premium price, for that I think I'd want the tbi instead of a carb. Is passing emissions important to you or your area?

And out of 24 pictures, not one picture of the "blueprint" 396?

yes that would not pass emissions in the Denver area. The carb and prob just the engine in general.

exactly what I thought.

6,000$ crate engine and no pic.....right:whistle:

Aahhhh...gotcha. I don't know. If you go onto Blueprint Engine's website they sell a version with a TBI so it must work with one. Probably not the stock TBI though.

If I decide to get it I will register it where there is no emissions so I'm not worried about that.

Seems like it's worth the money to me especially if he'll knock a little off of the top. He seems in a hurry to sell so might be able to get another $1000 off.

My only issue is that I was planning on a $6000 blazer, not an $8000 one so I need to see if I can come up with a little more cash first. Hopefully I can get it before it sells!! I'm liking it!! Wish me luck.

Given the current market in Denver and the inability for someone in emissions land to get it to pass, I bet that price will come down. And I'd want a receipt on the motor. Anyone can find and print a dyno sheet.
