After seeing all these eBay links we post up about faawked up rigs dudes pass off as 'well built'. So, here is what I thought when I saw that GM all butchered:

Poor Chevy.... :(!!!!!

There should a test you have to pass in order to be allowed to modify a vehicle, and if you can't, you shouldn't be allowed to have tools in your possession. Seriously, it's dangerous.

I mean, look at this:

WTF?!?

So, I propose this:

(For Questions 1-5, choose all that apply.)

Question 1.) When lifting the suspension of a vehicle, is it not ok to:

a. Use a slightly talled leaf spring pack
b. Use a shackle flip, if applicable
c. Gerry-rig 24" tall lift blocks to put distance the axle from the spring

Question 2.) When lowering the suspension of a vehicle, it is not ok to:
a. Use appropriate lowering blocks and spacers
b. Use specifically manufactured shorter coils and coil buckets
c. Heating, cutting, and gerry-rigging your own suspension so you get the look, but a totally crappy vehicle otherwise

Question 3.) When installing a stereo into your vehicle, you must never:
a. Apply sound-deadening material throughout your vehicle
b. Properly bolt in all the stereo equipment in an eye-pleasing manner
c. Toss the home entertainment center subwoofer in the trunk of your car, and make sure the passers-by hear more bolts rattling then bass.

Question 4.) It is never ok to:
a. Lift your 4wd truck of SUV to enhance it's capabilities
b. Lift your 2wd truck or SUV to enhance it's capabilities
c. Lift your 'big body' Chevy or Cadillac car to fit rims that are taller then the stock tire/rim combo that came on the car

Question 5.) When using graphics to personalize your vehicle, you should never, at any time:
a. Take the time to plan out, and save up for, a unique paint scheme
b. Maintain the factory paint, and stand out by having 'sparkle'
c. Purchase $15 Autozone stickers that feature flames and tribal designs, and put them in asymetrical, odd-ball places on your vehicle

If you've answered C to any of these questions, please observe the 'Bang head here' poster on the wall next to you. Follow instructions on poster carefully until problem stops.

Personally I think we ought to just let it be. One could easily have a F'd up rig of the day post "FUROTD". But why? They built it and someone MAY buy it. Let them, any hoby is about doing what you enjoy. Happiness is subjective, so is taste. Each person decided what is cool to them, and probably more important, what their budget is.

well one thing positive about that thing,, he wont get high centered, but thats prolly the least of his worries :eek1:
