In the morning I'm looking at a 1951 willys pickup thats mounted on a 78 jimmy frame and running gear. The drivetrain is a 350 engine with a th350 trans and 203 t-case with a locked 14bolt rear and open 44 front. Radiator is mounted in the bed. The asking price is $1750 or best offer. Body is fair. Its been used as a trail truck not a mudder and isn't street legal right now. So, whats it worth and would you buy it?

If you like it and its well put together (key being not a hacked up, bailing wire nightmare) then go for it. I have a couple of old willy's flat fenders that I enjoy putting around in. Just make sure the body is solid and if it has any kind of original glass or interior its in good shape because those are the hard to find and typically $$$ parts.
