I stripped my doors and working on making them half doors. I used maskin tape to get an idea of where. What do you think? The bottom is in line with the latch, about 3" lower than the body line. Comes to about the top of my seat, maybe my knee.

Should i go ahead and cut them here or go alil more up towards the bottom line then cut?

I would bring the bottom up just a little more if it were me. Otherwise, looks nice man.

I would bring the bottom line up to the body line, I think it looks more "natural" - like they were made that way. I think the biggest deciding factor would be to make them a comfortable height to lean or rest your arm on while riding. Maybe cut them even with where the inner armrest would be.

I cut mine almost the same as you have marked out only a little further down. You can still use the stock latch and the button part of the outside handle.
