What does 11211 stands for?

Found these numbers on the front leaf springs of a disecting 1973 blazer after removal? Can anybody tell me what these numbers stand for?

Sounds like a pro comp front lift spring

I think those are Rancho springs.

My Rancho springs are no where near that number.....I googled 11211 and came up with Summit as EXP-11211 for Pro Comp
