What does this D60 code mean? (pic)

Drove to Manhattan this morning and picked up my DRW D60. It is PN 610295. It has been sitting in a warehouse since 1990. It still has the factory tags on it. Here is the one that I was wondering if anyone might know what it means.

Also I have not pulled the cover yet, the tab on the cover says it has 4.10 gears. Is there a code or anything to tell if it has a trac-loc or not? Thanks.

Dana axles originally equipped with L/S's will have an extra tag on the cover (similar to the ratio tag) indicating to use a friction modifier additive.
