What does this sound like?

Having problems after installing Banks Turbo. Forgot to mention in previous post. When I first started the truck the engine raced after giving gas. If I shut it down and restarted it ran fine, if I gave it gas it would race. After warming up it ran fine and drove fine. After sitting for 4 or 5 days I started last night and same thing. There is no hang up or binding in the linkage. What could this be?

Is it surging or just running at a constant high RPM?

Could be air getting in the fuel lines. Check all your fittings for leaks.

Runs high at a constant speed way faster than a normal high idle
