What does your rig sound like?

Um, it sounds like a mild SBC through hooker headers and dual 40 series flowmasters with the sound of boggers mixed in there some place. My other rig sounds like a semi..... :pimp1:

Mine is fairly loud. It sounds cool if I rev it up in neutral. I don't have enough power to accelerate fast enough to make it sound cool.

My Truck Blazer's 396 big block used to sound real nice, with a nice lope to it at idle, and open headers... you could barely hear the gear drive. Now it's so tired and gutless, it sounds just plain sickly.

My Orange Blazer sounds nice though, with dual 50 series Flowmasters and 3" pipe behind a 454. I wish I had the cam specs with the motor, but it has a nice mild lope too.

Wish i had the soundbyte for my new reman. 355. It was on ebay a while ago but i lost it. How did you record that?

I just got all my plumbing, exhaust, and vacuum lines hooked up the way they should be. Runing 3 inch exhaust, flowtech headers, camel hump 1.94 1.50 heads, 10:1, L-79 cam 272/272 dur 447/447 lift (nice loping muscle car idle), with holley intake manifold, tbi, accel high pressure fuel pump, and a kandn. I was reaching on the 400 hp #'s.... more around 360hp. Real good torque with over 374 ftlbs from 2000-5000 and 398 peak. Sounds damn good all over the power band and at idle. Responds REAL quick too. Just idles way to rich from all the psi until i can get a custom chip. when you bring the rpms up to about 1200 then stab it hits 4 grand in the blink of an eye. Don't know how the hell im gonna pass cali smog standards tho. Probably end up pulling the non' cali legal holley projection manifold off swap in the stocker and get it smogged then do it all over again.

Couldn't pass up an oppurtinity to play show and tell...more like tell. I can't drive it because of the smog **** so i end up talking about it every post. lol:screwy: :deal: :pimp: :saweet:

My sound is made by a TPI 350 with a crate 350HP engine cam 212/222* @ .050, Hooker comp headers, dual 2 chamber flowmasters. no tailpipes.
My friend kevin with the white blazer on the 2nd clip has a stock L98 TPI engine, with headers and dual Edelbrock mufflers. those edelbrocks sound awsome on his truck..
