Now obviously I could remove the drums and measure them, but I really want to have all the parts ready to minimize downtime.

So I go to AutoZone and get what I think are all the brake parts, but end up with 11-5/32" drums and 11x2" hardware/shoes/etc.

From what I can tell, the 4x4's have the bigger brakes and the 2-wheelers have the 11x2's. However, Autozone's now magical computer system doesn't spell it out that clearly.

Are the wheel cylinders interchangeable between the two brake sizes? Should I just pay the extra for a guy that knows at NAPA??? :doah:

Geez I'm an idiot!!! I have a '77 K5 350/350/203 with the 12-bolt rear.

The brakes are currently rusted so badly I'm probably going to have to sledge hammer or torch them off. Been sitting full of mud in the weeds for over a year!!!

Nope, 4wd came with the 2" and the wider shoes, the 2" was not 2wd specific.
You can tell once you had enough of them by just looking at the drum width which size you have. they are only 2 sizes so it's easy for me.:D

Look on the outside of the drum, the size is cast right into the drum.
