Factory 1983-1984 , I know this as my first K5 was an 83 so ive always liked that design.
The headlight bezels are also year specific to that grill.

My dad had that exact grille on his '84 Silverado C10. Most of them had a hood ornament that year too I think.

I seen that but the pic throws me off. i see it know though. looks like about $300 for the things I need. but finding the center trim could be tricky Im gonna have to skim the junk yards

I'm looking for one of these too, just the custom deluxe one. No paint matched cross bar and it has a bowtie in the middle. I love the look of the smaller cubes over the one I have now. I'm mad I smashed the old one up on a mailbox.

man there are two trucks with that exact set up in my local picknpull.
almost grabbed it the other day. was the first truck i'd seen where the grill was completely perfect from headlight to headlight
