Just keep an eye out for one on here as well as ebay. They pop up from time to time. I ended up getting mine from one of the members here on CK5.
They are called STC now and have been for a couple years. Sorry but I don't remember the details of it anymore. Steve used to sell them in his "Off Camber" store but it looks like he doesn't now. you can order them direct http://www.thejeep.com/stc/ There also used to be a write up on the tech articles page about them. I know that Grimreaper (who wrote it) worked with them to make some improvements before he put it on line. Sorry I could help more, but google might bring you some more info now that you know the new company name.
