What happened?

Wade go do something cool and take a camera, this place really is dead!
I wish I had more updates but I've been working on my dad's Ford so the k10 hasn't seen much love lately.
I put a new battery in it and got a replacement trans cooler since the first one took a dump on me during out last trip but otherwise not much. I did pick up a TH400 core from a friend the other day so that'll go in when I decide if I want to go doubler or 205/black box.

We are wheeling this weekend. If it is not snowing. Other than that, I have just been wearing the tires out on pavement. Cop pulled me over the other day to check to see if it was broke. Said it leaned over too far and he knew something was screwed up. Now he wants a ride.

So I got the Blazer out for a small shakedown last weekend so here are 3 short video shots to share. I only had 1 wheel drive cuz I ain't got no locker and I just had to remove the front drive shaft due to some broken u-joint bolts just before we broke out the camera. O-Well next time I'll be able to haul ass.

I miss Dumont. Glamis even more. Now start tuning the shocks and put some air under the tires instead of inside them.:D

The one spot of air you got did not look promising. Too much rebound in the rear.

Tuning is a long and involved process. Good luck and show more vids.

Looks like you were moving pretty good for a first run! Faster than my k10 in the sand I can tell without a doubt.
I like in the 2nd movie on it's maiden voyage when you close the door and parts fall off. :)

Yea that small air was not supposed to even happen, I just came off the hill a wee bit too fast. Rebound in the rear W E L L L I think I will need to get some bypasses for the rear. Right now they are only resi's. Can you mess with the nitrogen psi to help that? I am just learning about shocks.

Less nitrogen will soften it up a tiny bit. Not really how you adjust them. They need re valved to do it right. That is why it takes so long, but well worth the effort.

Working on my ride. Nothing as far as a crazy build, just a reliable ride for checkpoint and retrieval duty at the races.
