looks good with a little dirt on it. do not let the dark side take over. last thing you want to do is constantly be replacing parts on 2 trucks. When you put a big dent in the newer one you'll be a lot more pissed off then if you dent your project.

I put a 3" bodylift on my 2000 so I could run some 305's. looked good and made it more capable offroad. now the bed is trashed on the passenger side where I slid it into a tree. The underside looks worse. IFS 1500 parts do not hold up well to bigger tires. expect to replace your idler and pitman arms every year. my truck has 69,000 miles on it, 50k of that with the 305's. so far I have replaced the hub assemblies, lower balljoints, idler and pitman arms, and need to do the arms again.:doah:

I do not look forward to replacing the upper balljoints. they are part of the A arm. you need to buy thw whole thing and its expensive.

yea part of me wants to lift it but then i realize that i have an offroad truck... i just need to finish is.. but it will never be done... finish it enough to wheel
