what inner fenders to buy for dual batteries?

Thanks, those are some good pictures. I need to check out my engine bay some more. I'm wondering if my batteries will fit those brackets.

Happy to oblige! The sucky thing is that those parts aren't all that hard to find in salvage yards, but they're always rusted to hell. It isn't very expensive to buy new repro stuff, but it's kind of a slap in the face IMO for us types who like to get stuff from salvage...

Everything is expensive at the salvage yards by me, and unless you need parts for a 95 civic or corrola, good luck. Everything is also buried in 3 feet of snow. I was replacing a headlight housing on this girls car a couple weeks ago who likes to crash into things and the two yards closest to me both wanted 50$. I got it from rock auto I think for 15$.

Jeez sounds like repro is the way to go then! There is certainly something to be said for bolting on (and sometimes massaging into place with a hammer since its repro) nice new clean parts! :)

I'm not sure the civilian style battery trays will work with my current batteries. I do not have the standard lip for tie down, and they are significantly bigger. I may see what I can do to mod up some new ones to work with my current trays. Still in the thought process, as I will be leaving the fenders out until I get my new shock towers measured up.

I got mine yesterday from lmc it mounts to the core support, wheelwell and fender well the support bracket does, then you bolt the tray onto it easy as hell. I had to drill two holes in core support two in the fender and one in the fender then bolt the tray to it. Its the same tray as the factory passenger side mount. The mount cost 25 and the tray was 13 the mount part # is 38-6313 for 24.95 tray# 38-6314 12.95 that fits 73-80 but im sure it could be made to fit others. I hope that helps.
