What is it worth?

I'm found a 84 K20 long bed diesel 4x4 by my work for sale. It's got 140K, runs strong, auto, new tires, said that the AC leaked freon. There is no rust, just normal dings. They are asking $2800. Is this a good price? Seems a little high to me. What should I offer?
