Not UPS 
I've heard of people shipping stuff via Greyhound for fairly inexpensive. Don't know too much about it though.
I don't think UPS would ship my third row, so I had my cousin hold onto it until I went to visit him.

I managed to ship a Chalet side seat, somewhat larger than your seat, in two boxes this way.
Wasn't exorbitantly expensive, either... maybe $30 for TWO boxes from WI to CA, as I recall.

You might try greayhound for larger things depending on where you are and where you are shipping it.

thanks for help all!!!!! i remembered greyhound last night after posting and used 4' as largest dimension on the 3rd row seat and weight being 40 lbs guessing and from cali to me was like $42ish lol not bad
