What is the correct front Spindle?

What is the correct front hub spindle for the 1974 Blazer.

I am seeing "big bearing spindle" and "small bearing spindle" on eBay...I am not sure which one is right.
I have a parts illustration book but it doesn't give part numbers
 
Iirc, the big bearing version is for 3/4 ton D44's and 10 bolts.

Small bearing is the First Design series from early '76 and older. The Second Design started in '77 with all the little changes to axles, steering, etc.

Both types of spindles can be interchanged to the opposite years. The deal here is to use the correct bearing hubs to fit the spindles.

'76 and older 3/4 tons are all external bearing hubs whereas the '77 and newer stuff are all internal bearing hubs.

So does that mean the eBay one I showed will work or not? :dunno:
