Here in MA,cars are bringing 110 dollars a ton...not sure if scrap prices vary from state to state...a 3600 lb car minus motor and tranny (subtract 600 lbs for that) leaves it tipping the scales at 3000 lbs...that would bring about 165 bucks here....

Last I took a truck in it was $60 a ton. That was prob a good 2 months back.
