I went with the Marathon seat covers on my '91 Burb. They are pricey, but well worth it in my opinion. It'll be the last seat covers I ever buy for that thing. You can pick form a ton of colors/designs and they have tons of options for pockets, gun/bow holders, armrests, etc.
