For the front there's really no difference, a couple of the CUCV models had a Track Lock diff but they're pretty rare. The biggest difference is the rear 14 bolt having a Detroit instead of a Gov Lock like a civilian issue truck.

The crew cabs (usually duallies) were most likely to have the trac-loc. The trac-locs are rare to find to say the least.
