What is this breaker?

I can’t find this on a diagram anywhere, then there is a fuse holder on that white wire flopping behind it. No power to the white wire or the black one hooked to the breaker.

There were no factory wheel-well mounted breakers. Somebody added it for something that was later removed. Because there's only one wire on it, it's not doing anything.

Figures, time to yank it out. With that all the wiring will be stock again. Not too bad.

Dont toss it. There usable for stuff . Mostly used for trailer brake wiring .

yes probably and aftermarket trailer brake controller at one time. you can remove it since not connected.
