Found it in my junk pile, I have no idea. It says holley on the container and on the doo-hickey on the right. There's a Delco pump on the bottom of the reservoir. What are the other components?

Yep. Had an Edlebrock prototype version of that on my 78 thruck. Worked great. Manufacturers hada hard time convincing consumers to spray water into an engine.

Cooled cylinders, raised compresion and kept valves clean. The one I had allowed me to turn the volume of the water up or down.

This explains why my Dad said the best time to race was just after it rained when there was heavy mist rising off the road

I think the best time to race is when the road is dry and the air density is low (low humidity and temps, allowing more oxygen molecules in the incoming air mix instead of water molecules)

And I concur with the above that it is a water injection system sold back in the 70's/80's
