What is this???

Maybe this is really obvious to everyone but me, and I'll probably feel like a real idiot when I find out, but this part was in the back of a truck I recently bought, and I have no idea what it is.

That would actually clear a few thing up - like why is there no skidplate on my 208? Now I guess I gotta find some bolts. Thanks

I'ts better then nothing, but be careful as there pretty light weight.

I believe it is a newer skidplate , like for after the mid 80's . My original 83 never looked like that . Mine is kinda flat where the bolts go since I have the older style crossmember .

That's the same skid plate under my 208.

the skid plate under the 205 on my old '86 CC looked very similar to that.

theres suppposed to be a skid plate there. Mine dont have one.

It looks just about like mine, on my '89 241
