Is this cruise control? Do you guys think I should chit can it or just get it replaced? It looks to be in bad shape but I really have no clue.

I wouldnt mind using it but if having it weighs more cons then pros I will get rid of it. If its not a big deal to have id like to replace this part. Is there any special way to adjust it or anything?

It isn't a complex system, no reason to remove it if it's there.
