That looks to be a complete match. I found an interior shot that also matches. Looks like you could get a 2-door bubbletop and a convertible. Cool car.

It looks like this car was uptrim enough it would have had the 394 rocket. I wonder if that's still there...



I'm told that we don't find more classic cars junked in the woods around here because they were handy for plugging mine shafts with.

The grill on the first one was a dead givaway before I saw the Oldsmobile post.

The Fairlane was easy.

So does being a Fairlane 500 Galaxie mean this is a 1959? I thought it would be a challenge because it's not exactly Fairlane (or car) shaped anymore.

When you have messed with enough Fairlane's, you can recognize the tail light and trunk panel. I pulled a lot of those lights, bumpers and deck lids back in the day.
