I've been on an intake manifold buying spree lately, mostly BBC stuff, and this manifold came with an old carb on it...what is it??? It vaguely resembles and old Holley, but then again not?
I don't see any manufacturer id or numbers anywhere, and its probably too old to be made in China....:haha:

Looks like old Holley 4011, a massive flop. Was resold as various brands later on, I think Summit even sold it as a house brand for awhile.

Motorcraft if I'm not mistaken. Built for Ford by Holley but with the removable top rather than the ends disassembling. I think it uses standard Holley jets, it's been quite a few years since I've seen one though. Probably around 600cfm if I had to guess?

Looks more Ford/Autolite/Motorcraft ,with its origins related to Holley....usually Holley and Autolite carbs had the numbers stamped in the air horn housing in front of the choke butterfly ..
I'd guess its a 60's vintage carb,possibly late 50's...I recall seeing a similar one on an old T-Bird with a 312 Y block engine..

Confirmed Autolite. My Ford buddy said t was a popular carb in late 50’s thru 70 on Ford products. Good reason to get rid of it!

Was also a “popular” marine carb , pulled a handful of those from boats and replaced with carters .

Sounds like it worked out well!

autolite/motorcraft 4100 1.08 makes it 480cfm
Early pre 64ish if I remember right use holley jets, later use the same jets as the 2150 2v.
not a qjet, but still a pretty good carb
