Can anyone tell me what kind of connector I need to connect to this?

It looks like threads, but it's just ridges. Must be some kind of push-on connector. It has the temp range I want and is flush enough to clear my headers.

You sure they aren't threads? I'd have guessed that a ring terminal and nut, but it seem like the lack of threads would kill that idea.

Yeah, not threads. I was fooled, but I was also wondering why they didn't supply any kind of nut, and why it had no metal surface to press against. I ran my fingernail around and around... stayed in the same groove.

It's actually really nice for the bullet connector. The ridges hold it on nicely.

Gas tank sender style is a good idea, but I bet those posts are smaller. I'll keep an eye out for a 90 degree bullet, but for now a regular female bullet is doing the job.
