What kind of shop can shorten a driveshaft?

Hey I can't find any "driveshaft shops" in my area, I was wondering if maybe auto body repair shops or some other auto shop can do it? Thanks.

Also, can any old tire shop remount a 38? 1 of my tsl's came off the bead on both sides.

Any good machine shop can do the driveshaft, just be sure and remind them it needs to be balanced. Tires can be remounted.
