I got this steering arm thinking it was an ord but now im not sure its looks like ord but right where the kingpin cap is its just a hole so I thought it slips over the origanal king pin cap but it dont. anybody got any idea what kind of steering arm this is or how it goes on.

thanks for any input again sorry for no pics as soon as I get pics ill post them up

any idea how I install it on my axle im thinking im probaly missing something for it if thats the case ill just order another one from ord

No reason to get a new steering arm
If the hole really is too small, you could cut of the portion of the cap that was going to stick through the arm, and weld it to the top of the arm.

Cutting of and welding the cap is better than just mounting the arm on top of it anyway.

It is strange though that the kingpin cap doesn't fit through the hole.
How big is the hole?

I was thinking about that at work today its worth a shot.

the hole is 3" diameter

Hmm...something isn't right...
Could you measure that hole once more, a kingpin cap doesn't need a bigger hole than about 2.3"

haha I knew what was wrong as soon as I read your post. I used a tape measure and measured it from 1 inch to 3 inch so its 2 inch diameter oops my bad. I ended up cutting the cap off and welding it on top of the steering arm and got it installed same height as it was before.
