What kind of wheels are these I need a matching spare?

I had a set like those, they were American Racing wheels.
Don't know if their made any more but always liked em.

Centerline use to make one like that too. It was called a Champ 500.
The American Racing ones used to be called the Gambler. Pretty sure they got discontinued within the last few years.
I think Ultra and/or American Eagle wheels at least used to make a copy of it.
It's a spare, who cares? Get any ol' wheel that will work and throw it in the bed and forget about it other than to check tire pressure.

Yes gambler 6 for six lug, six holes, and gambler 5 for 5 lug, 5 holes used to be my favorite wheel. had a set on a car and on my 94 GMC then swapped them to my burb.
