Many thanks I'm taking out my 203 TC out of my 75 K5 and rebuilding a new 205 TC to install in it's place. I would like to know what locking hubs to install not mud bogging or anything like that heavy snow here and not towing anything but I would like what is the best for this app and are they easy to install....many many thanks for any info.......great site

I like the warn premiums, but std warns are fine too for stock stuff, and some people like the MileMarker hubs.

I really don't think you can go wrong with any name brand hub, when it comes to mild use. Just depends on if you want 1/4 or 3/4 turn to engage the hub. They are all fairly easy to install, just read the instructions and be gentle with the grease (too much can cause the hubs to hydro lock and be difficult to engage.

I put a set of Milemarkers on mine when I converted my 203 to part time. The chrome started to peel off in a year or two. Colorado uses mag cloride in the winter and its super corrosive. They still work fine, just look like hell and are dangerous to touch with bare hands.

I've had a couple of girlfriends like that..........

I like warn the regular warns i have. 1/4 turn is nice, and they were pretty cheap.

Nothing wrong with a warn or super winch hub.

I like my warn premiums, although that small dial is a pita to
Turn at times IMO.
