What model number is this intake?

That's the old Edelbrock Torker II or Scorpion intake and the one pictured is for a BBC.

THANKS.
Would it be good for a daily driver?

Because it is a single plane manifold it is intended for high RPM use. I would not suggest using it for a daily driver unless we're talking about a muscle car that you want to get from light to light QUICKLY and don't care about gas mileage.

That is not a TM1 intake. Look at his pic again, the carb sits crooked on the manifold. This manifold hasn't been made in years.

That manifold looks exactly like my Tarantula. If it is it will have either TM2-0 or TM2-R cast into it. O being Oval port, R being Rect port.

I'm saying Tarantula, or Scorpion, I think a Torker was straight mounted carb.

I must be thinking of the present line of them:

called the Torker II

Not that it matters, but I wonder if they used the same castings for the Taranulas and early Torkers. They have always looked identical to me.

If it is a Torker, it should say it. If it's a Tarantula, it will just have the TM designation if I'm not mistaken.

I noticed that, but you can't see the OP's pic clearly enough to tell what the casting #s are. You're probably right though, It probably is a Torker, cause you can kinda see some casting marks between the carb flange and the dist hole and I don't think my Tarantula says anything but Edelbrock back there. Then the model is cast in ahead of the carb flange............I think.

I think the OP's manifold is a scorpion. I saved the pic then opened with paint and resized it and it looks like a picture of a scorpion cast into the manifold behind the carb.

I can't say that I've ever seen a Scorpion in person, oddly enough. Can't find a pic of one, either.

Do you see any manufacturer still making an intake like that? Do you think that that straight runner, and then an abrupt turn into the cylinder head flows well???

Having been around a flow bench some, I think you would be surprised at what works and what doesn't. That being said, there may be better intakes around, but these still work well for their intended purpose and you still find guys seeking them out. To say categorically that they are junk because they don't make them anymore is just wrong. The list goes on forever of things they don't make anymore that are far from junk.
