What oil for the transfer case on my 87 1/2 ton.

Just need to know what oil to use I have no idea what model it is?

87 should be an NP208 and it uses ATF.

Oh crap looks like its leaking some king of oil like 90w or 10-30w. If I drain it out how much do I pour back in?

Maybe you should snap a pic for us to see. Afterall, these trucks are 20+ years old and MANY people have swapped items into them thatwasn't factory for the year. Once we see for sure what t-case you actually have then we can better help you. As far as how much to fill it, you just fill it to the bottom of the fill plug.
