What parts are the same?

I have a cousin that just bought a 87 Suburban for the 454 and said if I need anything tell him. He said about the doors, tailgate front end... etc

This will be going on my 80 K5
Will the tailgate work? I don't think it will but wasn't sure.
I know the doors would and the front end parts too (but i'm not changing from my round eyes) Could I use the gas tank? Mine has a hole in it just over 1/4 tank.

Anything inside would work right? If he's just going to scrap the body I'm going to see how the floor pans and wheel wells are.

Now the bad part is, I don't think he just going to give me this stuff. I'll probably have to pay for it.

Front clip wont work without a full conversion. The hood hinges completely different on the cab as the round headlight trucks have no separate cowl piece and square light trucks do.

Suburban tailgate is different than a K5's too...no fit..looks close,but its not the same...

I know the Burb tailgate was angled diff, just didnt know if it was the same tailegate mounted at a diff angle.

I'm thinking I might see about the doors and some interior stuff
