So some buddies of mine keep telling me they want to buy my rig, i might have a situation that requires me to consider selling. What should I be asking if it comes to that?

1986 K5 Silverado, 350 143K miles, everything works great EXCEPT the compressor for the A/C which is out. Its in real good shape; you can see pics of my baby here a little guidance would be great...
