This weekend I changed the 4" lift on my k5 hoping to get a better ride. I removed Pro-Comp springs and Edelbrock shocks. Replaced them with Tuff Country EZ ride springs and their 8000sx shocks. The front is a little better but now the rear is worse. Both lifts replaced the springs front and rear. Are the gas shocks killing the ride? I am running the Tuff Country 6"HD on my 1 ton with non gas shocks and ride is better. It is also lifted with springs front and rear. Any ideas?

Hmm, I have a rough country spring lift with their supplied shocks (not sure who they are made by) but its a 2" lift and the shocks are nitrogen charged and I luv the ride. Its not harsh or bumpy by any means. Doubt this helps, but atleast it bumps your post up. :D

I have Rancho RS5000 at all four corners along with Tuff Country's 52" EZ-Ride springs. It rides just fine. I have no complaints...
