What should I do with this?

The previous owner installed a "kick ass" stereo but I want to upgrade as these are way outdated.I don't want to buy new panels so I need to accomedate the holes that are already there but don't know if a 8" or 10" sub will sound all that good without an inclosure behind it.I am buying some 4" ers to replace the smaller ones.Any ideas?They are not even hooked up right now.

just because its older stuff doesn't mean its bad... hook it all up and if it aint broke, just enjoy it.

I'm thinking of putting some 6 1/2's in where the little 4"eres are but then it will interfere with that mounting screw in the panel.
